We have the equipment to hire to make your event that little bit extra special.

We have outdoor beanbags, a PA system, a projector, an inflatable cinema screen, trestle tables and astroturf AND we have an enclosed trailer that you can use to transport the equipment. We hire items separately or as a ‘party bundle’ or ‘movie night bundle’ – see below
About the Equipment Hire Project
We regularly run our own events, and realised how much time (and money) went into renting equipment to make the event look good and operate smoothly.
We applied for a Federal Government Volunteer Grant for the first stage of this project and were delighted to receive funding in May 2020.
Thank you to our local member, Andrew Leigh for recommending the community rentals project for funding.

Please note: there is a $300 bond added to each booking that will be refunded once the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was rented. Late fees may be charged if the items are not collected/returned at the agreed time.
